1. We take pride in each and every custom order. We will strive to not only provide you a quality product, but also be there every step of the way by providing excellent customer service and keeping you updated and informed at all times.
   
   
2. The minimum order quantity is 100 sarongs.The more sarongs requested, the lower the price becomes. We offer great discount pricing for large orders(1,000+).
   
   
3. For orders of 400 sarongs or less, we require 100% payment before processing order. All other orders require an initial 50% deposit before beginning production. The remaining balance can be paid once order is received.
   
   
4. Your design/pattern must be submitted in Photoshop, Illustrator, or JPEG format.   Image must be 72" x 44" - 150 dpi. Please use Pantone colors. Please do not submit your logo/design unless it meets the correct sizing requirements. If necessary, we have a Pantone color guide as well as a graphic designer that can help modify your design to the correct sizing.
   
   
5. Your quote includes 3 colors for your print screen. If your design contains more than 3 colors, each additional color is $25.
   
   
6. All custom sarongs come with fringes, unless client requests to have sides hemmed.
   
   
7. Our sarongs are made out of 100% rayon. Sarongs are generally thin, lightweight, and very soft. If you're curious about the thickness, density, or sheerness of a sarong, please email me and I'll gladly send you a sample.
   
   
8. Sarongs may have inconsistencies such as discolorations and ink dots. This is completely normal and due to the complex hand printing process used to create each sarong. Every sarong is created individually and really is a work of art.
   
   
9. Payment - We accept all major credit cards via PayPal.
   
   
10. Our turnaround time depends on the order and how many sarongs are requested. Most orders are shipped via air freight and the turnaround is three weeks.
    
    
11. If you have a design but it needs touch-up, or you don't have a design, we have an in-house graphic designer that can help you finalize your design. There will be an additional charge depending on the complexity of the work.

We keep the pricing simple and affordable for our clients. Your quote will be determined by 2 things:

• Quantity of sarongs
• # of colors used for design

At this time, we are no longer accepting custom sarong orders.  We are experiencing difficulty with our supplier/manufacturer in Indonesia.  We will update you if things change.
